Hey everyone! La Brisa on the Creek is coming along nicely. We have painted the walls, readied the floors, are making great strides in the electrical, and have added beautifully stained doors. Everyday we check the progress and it is so fun because everyday something is being completed. We will begin hiring the staff soon and we are hoping they will be able to apply online.
Our featured dish this month is Chile de Golfo, it is a large poblano pepper stuffed with crawfish, shrimp and crabmeat topped with our delicious del mar sauce. It also comes with charro beans, rice and flour tortillas.
Not only have we added another restaurant to the La Brisa family, we have also had the joyous arrival of Kingston Martin Godeaux. He was born 6 lbs 11 oz. a little earlier then expected but happy and healthy. So for now he is the smallest member of the La Brisa family.
April will be filled with music Wed 6–9:30 pm and Thurs 6-10 pm as well as Sundays 5-9 pm. We are introducing our newest La Brisa Drink…The Perfect Margarita. It is made Patron Citronge and Patron Reposado in our house mix. We hope to see you trying this new drink while listening to our great bands we have lined up for you this month.
Also in April we are launching “La Brisa Loves” this is hopefully going to be an annual night of fundraising for a charity that has touched our hearts. Dine with us Wednesday April 15th and we will be donating a portion of our profits to Life Houston. Life Houston is an organization that helps young women find alternatives to abortions and safety in hard times. So when you come by Tuesday to get your favorite La Brisa dinner you will be helping to save two lives at once. Any other donations made on Wednesday April 15th will receive a free La Brisa Loves T-Shirt while supplies last. You can find out more at www.lifehouston.org. Thank you for supporting this organization and us.
A pleasure to serve ya’ll,
Amanda Wilson
